My Work
I work with you to develop therapeutic painting practices that improve the health of yourself and your community through painting, connecting with your inner artist and your inner peace. Our painting sessions will promote and develop self-discovery, self-esteem, self-awareness, creativity, artistic communication, and ability. You will learn how to use acrylic paint as a tool to find relief, inspiration, relaxation, joy, stillness, and yourself.
We paint for the purpose of painting
Our focus is on the process of painting. Through guided painting sessions you will be reminded that you are capable of artistically expressing yourself. Paint Your Peace sessions are designed to unlock inner creative resources which allows you to let go and free yourself through artistic expression, regain your autonomy and improve the relationship you have with yourself and others.
What we do
I guide you through color mixing and abstract painting exercises that will introduce you to the medium of acrylic paint and to your unique artistic style. Together we develop an individualized painting practice that will bring you a feeling of peace.
Why we do it
I believe that by teaching people how to use acrylic paint to connect, release, express and create what lives inside them is what slowly, in its own unique way, will artistically alter the course of humanity, one new painter at a time.
